  • Are there any fees for using Syngabook Immo?

    No. Browsing, saving favorites, and contacting agents is completely free for buyers and renters. Agents and sellers pay listing fees to showcase their properties.

  • Forgot Password?

    ▪️ Click Forgot Password? under the Sign In button.
    ▪️ Enter the email address tied to your account.
    ▪️ Check your inbox for a reset link, follow it, and choose a new password.

  • How is my personal data protected?

    We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and never share your contact details without your consent. Read our full Privacy Policy in the footer for more information.

  • How to Change Your Password?

    1. Log In
    Make sure you are signed in to your Syngabook Immo account.

    2. Go to Settings
    In the navigation bar at the top (visible when you are logged in), click the Settings link.

    3. Access Change Password
    On the Settings page, find the Change Password section or button.

    4. Enter Your Passwords
    ▪️ Current Password: Type your existing password.
    ▪️ New Password: Choose a new password (minimum 8 characters, at least one letter and one number).
    ▪️ Confirm New Password: Re-type the new password exactly.

    4. Save Changes
    Click Update Password (or Save) to confirm.
    ▪️ If the current password is correct and the new passwords match, you’ll see a success message.
    ▪️ If there’s an error, check the messages (“Incorrect current password” or “Passwords do not match”) and try again.

  • How to Log In

    1. Open the Site
    Navigate your browser to https://syngabookimmo.com.

    2. Access the Login Page
    Click the blue Log In button in the top-right corner of the header.

    3. Enter Your Credentials
    ▪️ Username or Email: Enter the username or email you used when registering.
    ▪️ Password: Type your password (it’s case-sensitive).

    4. Sign In
    Click the Sign In button.
    ▪️ If your details are correct, you’ll be redirected to your Dashboard (or homepage).
    ▪️ If there’s an error, you’ll see a message (“Invalid credentials”). Double-check your spelling and try again.

  • How to Sign Up

    1. Go to the Login Page
    Click Log In in the header, then on the login form click “Don’t have an account yet? Sign up”.

    2. Fill Out the Registration Form
    On the Register page, enter:
    ▪️ Username: 8–20 characters, letters and numbers only.
    ▪️ Email Address: Must be valid—you’ll get a confirmation email here.
    ▪️ Password: Minimum 8 characters, at least one letter and one number.
    ▪️ Confirm Password: Re-type exactly to avoid typos.

    3. Submit Your Details
    Click the Register button.

    4. Log In
    Return to the Log In page, enter your new credentials, and press Sign In.

  • Is Syngabook Immo available in French?

    Absolutely. Use the language switcher in the footer at the bottom to toggle between English and Français at any time.
